SNX® is the only snack and fast food brand that offers Nutri-score A and B snacks. Our recipes contain more protein and fiber and fewer unhealthy ingredients such as saturated fat. SNX offers a wide range of healthy snacks, including croquettes, bitterballen, burgers and sandwiches.

No, our snacks are not gluten-free. However, SNX products contain less gluten than other products, and the hamburger is low in gluten.

No. Our snacks contain 50% premium, high-quality Dutch beef, with 50% protein from legumes. That is why they are not suitable as a vegan snack. However, they do have 52% fewer emissions, making them a sustainable choice. 

No. Although half of the protein comes from legumes, our products still contain whole beef. So they are not vegetarian.

We believe that vegetarian options are definitely an option for the future. Think of a delicious vegetable croquette, for example. But for now, we are focusing on reinventing snacks that contain meat, making them healthier, tastier, and more sustainable.

Orders

Yes, you can! You can now order products for both home and business directly through the website. Simply visit the webshop. https://www.snxfood.com/producten-zakelijk/ Choose your favorites and place and pay for your order directly online.  

You can pay directly online using various methods, such as Ideal, credit card, or Apple Pay.

Upon receipt of your payment, we will ship your order as soon as possible. The delivery time depends on the quantity and type of products you have ordered. We will inform you about this in our email confirmation.

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order, as well as the distance the package has to travel. When you order via the website, you will immediately see the shipping costs. Do you have a large or international order? We will then state the shipping costs in our email confirmation.

At SNX®, we strive to provide our customers with nutritional products of the highest quality and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once items are delivered. However, we make every effort to ensure your satisfaction and offer the following return policy:

Damaged or defective items:

  • If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us at orders@snxfood.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the problem and photos of the damaged or defective product.
  • We will review your claim and, if approved, offer replacement.
Incorrect articles:
  • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at orders@snxfood.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a description of the problem.
  • We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or (full) refund.
Missing items
  • If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@snxfood.com Please include your order number and a description of the missing item.
  • We will review your claim and, if approved, send the missing item or issue a refund.
Kwality problems:
  • If you have any concerns about the quality of a product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@snxfood.com Please include your order number and a description of the problem.
  • We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement.
Non-refundable items:
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for items that are not defective, damaged, incorrect or missing due to our actions.

Request trial package

SNX offers trial packages to introduce companies to its range of snacks.

The sample pack contains an assortment of healthier snacks such as croquettes, bitterballen, and hamburgers from SNX. This allows you to get acquainted with SNX's entire product range. The assortment may vary depending on the products available in your region.

In principle, there are no costs associated with the trial package. 

As a business, you can apply for a trial package on SNX's website. You can via this link request a sample pack.

No, SNX® sample packs are only available to businesses. As a private individual, you can sample SNX® products at events and at various catering establishments. Or, of course, you can order directly: sign up for the newsletter and you will immediately receive a 10% discount. You can sign up on the homepage.
