I would like to congratulate you on a very good hybrid burger. Even I can hardly believe that this really only contains 50% meat. The color, mouthfeel, and texture are very good, with no vegetable aftertaste or strange aromas. The bitterballen and croquettes also have a good meat texture and no off-flavors. But the burger—if it really only contains 50% meat, it's a masterpiece! Even I can hardly believe it.

A hybrid snack combines meat with plant-based protein in a single recipe. At SNX, the BOB (Best of Both) line consists of bitterballen, croquettes, burgers, and ground meat made with Dutch beef supplemented with plant-based protein and fiber. The result: the same taste and snacking experience, less meat, and a Nutri-Score of A or B.
For most food service establishments, a hybrid bitterbal is the easiest alternative: guests can hardly taste the difference, the balls can be fried just like the regular ones in the existing deep fryer, and the meat content is significantly reduced. The SNX bitterbal from the BOB (Best of Both) line combines beef with plant-based protein, has a Nutri-Score of B, and is available in shipping boxes or in bulk through wholesalers.

That varies by product. Bitterballen and croquettes go into the deep fryer frozen, just like classic snacks. Burgers and ground meat go on the grill, baking sheet, or in a pan. In both cases, no special equipment or separate preparation is required. Store at -18 °C. Always refer to the product specifications for each SKU.
BOB stands for “Best of Both” and is SNX’s product line in which beef is supplemented with plant-based protein. The name refers to the combination of the taste and experience of a meat product with the lower meat content of a plant-based product. The BOB line includes bitterballen, croquettes, burgers, and ground meat.
