Better for you

SNX® products have been developed alongside the measuring stick and goals from the National Prevention Agreement. All SNX® products are at least 30% healthier than regular products, without compromising on taste. According to Femke van Dijk Sustainability Advisor at Albron, people don't absorb vegetable proteins as well, you don't solve that by offering larger portions. With SNX you get more fiber and protein that your body needs.

Short chain

We choose our partners carefully, working with local and national family-owned businesses. In addition, we import all our ingredients as much as possible within Europe. Through the short chain, SNX® contributes to a stronger local and regional economy.

Less meat

Less meat is the answer to many environmental, climate and health problems. Our PDO Burger™ is the answer to contribute to the SDGs. The impact of our hybrid burger is huge, with as much as 50% less meat.

Better for the environment

SNX® works with the most innovative solutions available in the food market. Our goal is to reduce our footprint as much as possible. Our ingredients come from Europe as much as possible. Is the product not available in Europe? Then we make every effort to make it happen. Like the cooperation with INVEJA. We are against food waste, our suppliers work according to the principle where everything is used, both animal and plant. Nothing remains unused. We donate our THT products to Salvation Army, food banks or other initiatives.

hybrid is the new hype...

...And together we are going to make sure that Hybrid meat becomes the new trend. Market research firm Motivaction found that for the first time in years, the number of people calling themselves vegetarian or flexitarian is down nearly 10%. That plant-based has fewer emissions is common knowledge. But we often don't like it. We need to change. If Albert Heijn makes 1,000 tons a week of hybrid minced meat, we save 500,000 pounds of meat a week.

CO2 Reduction

Because we use 50% less meat in our burger, it means half the livestock that has to be fed and then transported. Do you know how many fewer transports that is? The impact of our burger doesn't just end at direct consumption but flows into transportation, storage and many other fronts.
