Return policy for SNX frozen products

At SNX, we strive to offer our customers the highest quality and satisfaction. That is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our SNX products until 2027. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.

Return policy:

  1. Satisfaction guaranteeIf you are not completely satisfied with your SNX frozen product, you can submit a request for repurchase up to 6 months before the best-before date expires.
  2. RepurchaseIf you are dissatisfied, we will buy back the products for a percentage of the original purchase price, depending on the condition of the product and the involvement of our account manager.
  3. Request for returnTo submit a return request, please contact our customer service department at orders@snackfuture.com or call 0303400098. Please include your name, order number, and reason for the return request in your request.
  4. Assessment and processingUpon receipt of your return request, our team will review your application and notify you of the status of your repurchase within 14 business days.
  5. Processing timeThe refund will be processed 30 to 90 days after acceptance of the return shipment.
  6. Shipping costsThe costs for returning the product are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
